Speakers confirmed so far
We are thankful to God for the following speakers who will be investing their time and wisdom during Behold Europe 2022.
Roger Carswell
Roger is a travelling evangelist and author. He leads evangelistic church and university missions as well as speaking at Christian conferences. He has written a number of books including And some evangelists and Where is God in a messed up world?, and publishes numerous gospel tracts and booklets. He is married to Dot, has four children and lives in North Yorkshire.

Roland Werner
Roland Werner is a German linguist, author, church planter and professor of theology. He is married to Elke, who is a speaker, writer and evangelist and was for many years on the board of the International Lausanne movement. Together they founded Christus-Treff, a small church community movement with centers in Marburg, Berlin and Jerusalem. They spend part of the year in the Near East. Roland is a mentor to many younger pastors and evangelists and has spoken evangelistically across Europe.

Dr Hélder Favarin
Evangelist, missionary and cofounder/lead pastor of C29 Granada, Spain. Hélder speaks internationally in Spanish, Portuguese and English. He holds degrees in business and theology, has a master's degree from the London School of Theology and a doctorate in preaching from the Talbot School of Theology, Biola University. He's part of the founding teams of RedTimoteo (young evangelists in Spain) and EYE (European Young Evangelists) Network. Hélder is also part of OC Global Alliance / SEPAL (mission agency), the Lausanne Europe program team and the leadership team of the Spanish Evangelical Alliance's youth department. Hélder has written a number of evangelistic/apologetic articles and a booklet; his book "Expand: Preaching to Both Christians and Non-Christians From the Same Sermon in Spain" will be published at the end of this year. He was born in Brazil and also holds Italian nationality. He's lived in Brazil, Mexico, England, Scotland and Spain (for the last 11 years). Hélder is married to Ana and they have four children.

Artur Penner
Artur is a networker, developer, leader and speaker who loves to see people coming to Christ and growing in faith. He lives in Bonn, Germany with his wife, Karina, and their two small children. Artur spent five years studying at Bibelseminar Bonn and holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Since 2011, he has worked for To All Nations - a mission agency working in 33 countries - in various capacities. His current position sees him spending 50% of his time with To All Nations as Field Director for Europe and 50% working in the leadership for Kirche für Bonn in People Care and Leadership Development. Artur longs to see a movement of faithful young evangelists in Europe reaching out to the people and bringing them into healthy churches where they can grow and develop as followers of Christ.
